The opportunity
Lead sourcing for enterprise professional services and technology categories. Work with business owners to develop requirements and evaluate supplier proposals.
Supply Chain and Procurement coordinate materials, suppliers and purchased services across the enterprise. Teams balance availability, cost and the details of getting goods where they are needed.
What you will do
- Run sourcing exercises with documented criteria and comparable supplier responses.
- Negotiate commercial terms with Legal, Finance and business sponsors.
- Track supplier commitments, savings assumptions and contract handoffs.
What you will bring
- Six years in procurement, sourcing or commercial supplier management.
- Experience negotiating complex services agreements and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Strong analysis and the ability to maintain an objective evaluation process.
Your first six months
Complete priority sourcing work with defensible selection records and clear ownership after contract signature.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
A preferred supplier introduced by a senior colleague still needs to complete the evaluation.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is $115,000–$150,000 USD annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
