Our safety and environmental teams work with site leaders, technicians and contractors to identify risks and improve day-to-day operations.
What you will do
- Evaluate work activities with operating teams
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions
- Maintain training and inspection records

- Relevant safety training and operational experience
- Experience working in industrial environments
- Confidence raising concerns constructively
Your first six months
Improve follow-through on priority site hazards and agreed actions.
Working arrangements
This is an on-site role at the listed location. The team will discuss the normal schedule and any shift requirements during the selection process.
A month without a reported incident is reviewed alongside the quality of reporting.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is R550,000–R750,000 ZAR annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
