Your first six months
Establish a practical environmental plan with reliable site data.
Working arrangements
This is an on-site role at the listed location. The team will discuss the normal schedule and any shift requirements during the selection process.
The reporting boundary should remain consistent when performance improves.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is €75,000–€98,000 EUR annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
