- Review balance-sheet reconciliations and material judgments
- Develop accounting teams and control ownership

- Ten years in accounting with team leadership
- Experience managing complex entity reporting
- Relevant professional accounting qualification
Your first six months
Deliver a consistent regional close with clear explanations of material balances.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
Acquired entities retain their reporting history even when their names change.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is R$300,000–R$420,000 BRL annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
