Our manufacturing teams manage production, equipment and quality at facilities serving industrial customers. Reliable output depends on good planning and the judgment of people on the floor.

- Set site priorities and develop supervisors
- Review capacity and capital requirements
- Resolve recurring operational constraints

- Ten years in manufacturing with site leadership
- Experience managing production and financial results
- Strong people and operational judgment
Your first six months
Establish an integrated site plan with accountable operational improvements.
Working arrangements
This is an on-site role at the listed location. The team will discuss the normal schedule and any shift requirements during the selection process.
The production target must be supported by an executable staffing and maintenance plan.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is MX$1,500,000–MX$2,100,000 annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
