What you will do
- Validate changes and time inputs
- Reconcile payroll outputs and exceptions
- Coordinate issue resolution with providers

- Three years in payroll administration
- Experience with provider interfaces and reconciliations
- Discretion and accurate deadline management
Your first six months
Establish a dependable monthly payroll checklist and reduce repeated input exceptions.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
Late approvals remain late even when the change is described as effective immediately.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is €36,000–€48,000 EUR annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
