The Enterprise Delivery Office coordinates changes spanning functions and operating companies. Teams establish ownership, manage dependencies and help operations accept the resulting service.
What you will do

- Evaluate impacts and support implementation

- Five years in organization design or operating-model work
- Experience with workforce and role analysis
- Strong facilitation and written reasoning
Your first six months
Deliver an organization proposal with clear responsibilities and supported transition steps.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
A renamed position should identify what changed beyond the title.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is €65,000–€85,000 EUR annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
