The opportunity
Design mechanical assemblies for industrial equipment and support their introduction into production.
Industrial Systems designs and maintains equipment, facilities and processes. Engineers work alongside operators, maintenance teams and project sponsors throughout an asset’s life.
What you will do
- Develop drawings and tolerance schemes
- Review designs with production and suppliers
- Support testing and engineering changes
What you will bring
- Mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent
- Three years in equipment design
- Experience with CAD and manufacturing methods
Your first six months
Release a validated assembly with complete production documentation.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
Drawing approval and supplier capability should both be confirmed before release.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is CZK 900,000–1,200,000 annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
