The opportunity
Plan preventive and corrective maintenance for an industrial facility. Coordinate the people, parts and access needed to complete work safely.
Industrial Systems designs and maintains equipment, facilities and processes. Engineers work alongside operators, maintenance teams and project sponsors throughout an asset’s life.
What you will do
- Prepare job plans and maintain equipment and backlog records in the maintenance system.
- Coordinate shutdown tasks with production, contractors and site safety teams.
- Review completed work and improve parts, labor and scheduling assumptions.
What you will bring
- Experience in industrial maintenance planning or a relevant skilled trade.
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems and equipment documentation.
- Ability to coordinate work across operations, stores and external contractors.
Your first six months
Create a workable maintenance backlog with priorities tied to equipment condition and operating requirements.
Working arrangements
This is an on-site role at the listed location. The team will discuss the normal schedule and any shift requirements during the selection process.
Items described as planned should have a date, parts and someone available to do the work.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is $80,000–$102,000 USD annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
