Lead communications for enterprise People and operating initiatives. Help colleagues understand what is changing, when it takes effect and what they need to do.
Corporate Affairs and Brand explain the company’s work to colleagues, customers and other stakeholders. Writers, designers and event teams share responsibility for clear and consistent communication.
What you will do
- Develop communications plans with clear audiences, timing and accountable sponsors.
- Write announcements, manager materials and updates on implementation progress.
- Evaluate employee questions and revise materials where the original message was unclear.
What you will bring
- Six years in internal communications, corporate writing or change communications.
- Experience supporting senior leaders and sensitive organizational announcements.
- Strong editing and the confidence to ask for a concrete explanation.
Your first six months
Introduce a consistent announcement and follow-up process across priority colleague initiatives.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
Growth announcements and workforce changes may share a publication date. Their figures should use a common reference period.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is $105,000–$135,000 USD annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
