The opportunity
Assemble and inspect industrial subassemblies using approved work instructions.
Our manufacturing teams manage production, equipment and quality at facilities serving industrial customers. Reliable output depends on good planning and the judgment of people on the floor.
What you will do
- Set up workstations and verify materials
- Complete assembly and in-process checks
- Record output and raise quality concerns
What you will bring
- Experience in assembly or relevant technical training
- Ability to follow drawings and instructions
- Reliable safety and quality practices
Your first six months
Complete assigned assemblies consistently and maintain accurate production records.
Working arrangements
This is an on-site role at the listed location. The team will discuss the normal schedule and any shift requirements during the selection process.
Work instructions should match the revision on the production order.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is RM36,000–RM48,000 MYR annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
