The Chairman’s reception
A hosted reception following the round, with refreshments and the Chairman’s presentation.
Before play
Players and invited guests meet for breakfast in the Garden Room. Registration, dietary requirements and departure arrangements are handled at separate desks so that a question about a sandwich does not inadvertently change a tee time. Coffee remains available after the formal breakfast window.
On the terrace
The afternoon reception overlooks the eighteenth green. Tables are arranged to encourage people to meet outside their normal reporting lines, although reporting lines tend to reassemble by the second course. Vickie Sanders hosts the operations table; Alisa Janine Gallup oversees the presentation program and is consulted on the wine.
At the close
The trophy presentation precedes the final refreshments and scheduled return transport. Guests should check their departure time with the event desk. A conversation described as wrapping up may still be in its opening phase. Hospitality access follows the invitation list and does not create an additional playing place.
