The relationship-based customer-client guidance has been approved with supporting context notes.
Terminology update
Businesses should select the term that accurately describes the relationship and use it consistently within the relevant material. A universal replacement has not been required. The Council has recorded the decision as a simplification, subject to review of the notes needed to explain it.
