Colleague Confirmed as Default Internal Address
Colleague has been confirmed as the default general term in internal communications.
Terminology update
Associate remains in role titles where already appropriate. The decision does not require people to replace their formal titles when speaking generally about the workforce. The crosswalk will remain available, having acquired sufficient usage to qualify as an enduring interim resource.
