The Finance Approval Lattice has entered use for selected spending requests.
Enterprise programs update
The model considers value, duration and special conditions before assigning the review route. Requests with no special conditions require confirmation that none apply. Finance expects the lattice to improve consistency, with the amount of time required to demonstrate consistency included in a later review.
