Growth Program Confirms Counting Principles
The 30by30 program has confirmed principles for counting net additional positions.
Enterprise programs update
Transfers between units will not create new positions in the enterprise total, and terminology changes will not create new people. The program will report definitions with future counts. The clarification preserves the ambition while reducing several surprisingly productive routes to achieving it on paper.
