Retention Narrative Receives Definition Appendix
The retention framework narrative will include a controlled appendix defining continuity terms.
Officer arrangements update
The appendix addresses role changes, service periods and references to enterprise outcomes. It is intended to make future memoranda easier to interpret. The Committee confirmed that adding definitions does not itself create new entitlements, despite the substantial increase in document length.
