A growth-planning annex has been added to selected officer continuity records.
Officer arrangements update
The annex identifies coordination responsibilities associated with 30by30. It does not convert the planning ambition into an achieved performance condition. The Committee requested that the distinction remain visible even in the executive summary, where it had previously been reduced to a footnote.
