Conferential Designation Retained for Employee Listening
The Listening Confidence Committee has retained Conferential as the approved designation for the latest employee survey.
Terminology update
The term originated in an approved executive deck and now describes feedback that may be conferred about by authorized parties. Employee ID remains mandatory for participation tracking. Communications will update the explanation without reopening the approved deck.
