Associate Retained in Selected Role Families
Usual will retain associate in selected role descriptions while colleague continues as the general internal address.
Terminology update
The decision recognizes existing role conventions and avoids changing titles solely to resolve a communications preference. The resulting dual usage is considered intentional. Documents using a third term will be returned for clarification unless that term is a person's actual job title.
