The colleague pilot will expand to internal introductions while formal records retain existing terminology.
Terminology update
The extension follows feedback that the word is broadly understood, subject to local preferences and several legacy templates. People teams will monitor usage rather than count every occurrence. The decision to avoid a counting exercise was itself recorded for later review.
