Usual Completes Halden Process Group Acquisition
The acquisition of Halden Process Group has completed, bringing its coordination capabilities into the Usual portfolio.
Portfolio update
Halden's existing service contacts remain in place during transition. A joint integration office will review operating interfaces before recommending changes. The office's first task is to identify which of the two integration offices should issue the combined office's weekly update.
