Usual has agreed to acquire Halden Process Group, a provider of operational coordination services.
Portfolio update
The proposed combination brings together complementary process inventories and a shared interest in recurring revenue. Completion remains subject to the conditions described in the transaction plan; integration work will initially focus on identifying which coordination activities already coordinate one another.
