Alisa Janine Gallup is Chief Administrative Officer of Usual Industries.
Alisa oversees enterprise administration, executive services, corporate events and the functions responsible for the company’s institutional presence.
Alisa joined Usual from Caldera Coast Bank in California, where she was executive vice president of corporate administration. She previously held leadership roles at Sterling Vale Studios and Cassian West Media, coordinating executive operations, awards strategy and public appearances.
Alisa and her husband own a four-acre plot in Napa. The Napa Vintners Association has referred to its grapes as the best in the valley; the property produces fewer than 200 cases of wine a year, all of which are auctioned as soon as they become available. Alisa chairs Napa’s annual Parade of Floats.
She serves on the boards of the Screen Arts Preservation Trust and the Leland House Foundation and is a member of the Bellweather College Council for Media Leadership. Alisa earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Bellweather College and completed the Executive Presence Program at the Montclaire School of Management.
Alisa sponsors the enterprise talent program and works with the People function on new cohorts and senior appointments. Julian Bellamy reports to her on talent partnerships. Following the Board’s appointment review, specified compensation changes and purchasing matters involving Bellamy’s outside interests require independent approval.
