The first arrangement
The team assembled beside a table of partially packed kits so the photograph would show work in progress. The partner’s coordinator asked that completed kits be moved to the loading area. Communications asked to retain six until the executive arrived.
The practical adjustment
The executive arrived after the loading slot had begun. Volunteers recreated the packing steps with the retained kits while the partner loaded the rest. One colleague corrected the order for the photographer because the instruction card was missing from the demonstration kit.
The partner’s request
At the debrief the coordinator praised the volunteers who stayed to finish the batch. For the next visit, she requested the same number of volunteers, an earlier delivery window and permission to load everything as soon as it was ready. The request was accepted pending the next sponsor diary review.
