The invitation

The icebreaker

A local team booked a room for 80 and received 116 confirmations. The overflow group joined by video from the next room, where the audio arrived several seconds late. Their laughter was initially logged as a separate conversation.

The navy shirt carries the program identity and its attendance wording: OPTIONAL. ATTENDANCE WILL BE RECORDED. The week’s review recommended earlier room booking, better audio and retaining the optional designation.
