The opportunity
Support transport bookings and proof-of-delivery records across Usual operations. Work with the colleagues who use the service every day and turn agreed priorities into dependable delivery.
What you will do
- Plan movements against confirmed capacity, receiving hours and dispatch requirements.
- Track exceptions and keep sites, carriers and customer teams informed of revised arrangements.
- Reconcile shipment records and follow up on incomplete delivery documentation.
What you will bring
- Experience coordinating transport, dispatch or distribution operations.
- Accurate scheduling and recordkeeping under changing operating conditions.
- Clear communication with carriers, site teams and customer service colleagues.
Your first six months
Establish a reliable working process for transport bookings and proof-of-delivery records, with clear ownership and evidence that the agreed improvements are in use.
Working arrangements
This role is based on-site at the listed location. Shift and attendance arrangements are discussed with the hiring manager.
Progress is measured against completed work. Attendance at the progress meeting is recorded separately.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range is R320,000–R440,000 ZAR annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant skills and experience. Benefits and development opportunities are discussed for the location and assignment.
