The opportunity
Support tooling repairs and precision adjustments across Usual operations. Work with the colleagues who use the service every day and turn agreed priorities into dependable delivery.
What you will do
- Complete assigned production work against the approved schedule and operating instructions.
- Check equipment, materials and finished work; report deviations before passing work onward.
- Maintain shift records and coordinate safe handoffs with maintenance and quality colleagues.
What you will bring
- Relevant shop-floor experience or a completed technical training pathway.
- Ability to follow drawings, specifications and safe working instructions.
- Careful recordkeeping and reliable communication across shifts.
Your first six months
Establish a reliable working process for tooling repairs and precision adjustments, with clear ownership and evidence that the agreed improvements are in use.
Working arrangements
This role is based on-site at the listed location. Shift and attendance arrangements are discussed with the hiring manager.
The operating plan should reflect the time required to do the work, including the work of updating the operating plan.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range is ₹650,000–₹950,000 INR annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant skills and experience. Benefits and development opportunities are discussed for the location and assignment.
