The opportunity
Support technology inventory and equipment recovery across Usual operations. Work with the colleagues who use the service every day and turn agreed priorities into dependable delivery.
What you will do
- Investigate service issues, record their impact and coordinate an agreed resolution.
- Maintain approved configurations and document changes before handover.
- Review recurring faults with service owners and track corrective actions.
What you will bring
- Relevant experience supporting enterprise technology in a live operating environment.
- Practical troubleshooting skills and accurate change documentation.
- Ability to explain service risks to colleagues with different technical backgrounds.
Your first six months
Establish a reliable working process for technology inventory and equipment recovery, with clear ownership and evidence that the agreed improvements are in use.
Working arrangements
This role combines attendance at the listed location with agreed remote working. Team attendance depends on the assignment.
Escalation remains available when a decision has exceeded the number of meetings originally allocated to it.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range is PLN 105,000–145,000 annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant skills and experience. Benefits and development opportunities are discussed for the location and assignment.
