The opportunity
Develop training that helps colleagues handle practical compliance questions. Work with Legal, Security and People teams on content, delivery and evaluation.
Enterprise Assurance evaluates business risks, controls and obligations. The team follows issues from initial evidence through agreed actions and confirmation that changes have taken effect.
What you will do
- Translate policy requirements into relevant scenarios and accessible learning materials.
- Manage course releases, completion reporting and approved exceptions.
- Evaluate whether colleagues can apply the training and revise weak content.
What you will bring
- Three years in learning design, compliance operations or instructional development.
- Experience building digital learning and working with subject-matter experts.
- Clear writing and an ability to distinguish a learning outcome from a completion measure.
Your first six months
Refresh a core course with realistic scenarios and a documented method for evaluating understanding.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
The completion dashboard and the learning evaluation are both required. They answer different questions.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is €52,000–€68,000 EUR annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
