The East Stand experience
The lounge offers hosted hospitality with a view toward the pitch and access to the matchday program. Its location in the East Stand places guests close to the club’s working environment. The approach corridor also serves the laundry, which gives partnership visits a useful sense of scale.
The hosting program
Guests gather before kickoff, return at halftime and reconvene after the match. Alisa Janine Gallup coordinates senior-host appearances and is known to take a detailed interest in the drinks selection. Vickie Sanders tends to ask how the arrangements work when the lounge is full.
Invitations and access
Hospitality places are allocated for individual fixtures. A previous visit, a business card or an unusually familiar greeting does not establish a standing reservation. Guests receive arrival and access details from the host, including any changes required by the matchday configuration.
