The Control Saturation review has identified several checks relying on the same underlying evidence.

The next phase will assess whether those checks provide independent assurance or repeated acknowledgement. Proposed changes will follow the Control Change Protocol. The review will report its own administrative burden alongside any reduction it recommends elsewhere.
