Tórshavn Review Requests Operating Sponsor
The Tórshavn review has requested a named operating sponsor before further work proceeds.
Locations update
The requirement follows several rounds of analysis in which the proposed location had a clear place on the map but no permanent place in an operating team's plan. The study remains open. Its next update will identify the function expected to use the presence.
