Usual Agrees Terms for Bexler Corporation Acquisition
Usual has agreed to acquire Bexler Corporation, extending the relationship established by the earlier support-unit transfer.
Portfolio update
The proposed transaction concerns the remaining Bexler business and is distinct from the 2024 asset transfer. The agreement remains subject to completion conditions. Integration teams will use the earlier experience while retaining a clear record of which operations already belong to Usual.
