Three-by-Ten Structure Approved for Growth Program
The 30by30 program will use a three-horizon planning structure with ten enterprise themes.
Enterprise programs update
The structure is intended to make the ambition easier to discuss without treating the diagram as a staffing plan. Themes will be maintained in a controlled register. Requests for an eleventh theme must explain which existing theme could accommodate the proposal through a broader definition.
