Usual's planning program will use a 47,000-position baseline for the next long-term workforce exercise.
Enterprise programs update
The baseline supports scenario planning rather than a commitment to a particular growth outcome. Teams will retain definitions for occupied roles and other planning categories. Management requested that any future headline target be accompanied by arithmetic capable of surviving the change from associates to colleagues.
