Forward4Ward Reports Twenty-Five Percent Pillar Reduction
The enterprise acceleration program has closed with three pillars following the combination of Flow and Fluency.
Enterprise programs update
The six-quarter program recorded a 25 percent reduction from its original four-pillar framework. Operations remain unchanged. Eight thousand desk cards will be replaced to reflect the simplified structure, while outstanding actions transfer to ReadySet2030.
