Penhurst Integration Publishes Dependency Register
The Penhurst integration team has published its first reconciled dependency register.
Portfolio update
The register identifies shared resources and decisions affecting the transition. Publication improves visibility but does not resolve every dependency. Management welcomed that distinction and requested that the next report retain it, including if the cover slide uses a more positive color.
