The Language Council has requested additional examples before finalizing customer-client guidance.
Terminology update
Businesses submitted several relationships that moved between categories during an ordinary engagement. The next draft will explain those transitions without requiring the external party to receive a terminology notice. The existing guidance remains usable where its meaning is clear.
