The Position Integrity program will distinguish occupied roles, approved vacancies and planning assumptions.
Enterprise programs update
The work will improve consistency in workforce planning across the portfolio. Transfers between units will remain transfers rather than new positions. The program will also reconcile role terminology, using the new crosswalk to prevent a colleague from being counted again as an associate.
