The Penhurst transaction has completed and the agreed integration program has begun.

Existing service teams will maintain their operating routes during the first phase. The integration office will identify common capabilities and distinct requirements. A single welcome communication has been issued, while the work required to make that singularity operational remains appropriately sequenced.
