Usual has agreed to acquire selected process-support assets from Ormond Administrative Systems.
Portfolio update
The agreement concerns defined capabilities and related operating arrangements. Existing service commitments remain with their current owners until the transfer completes. The transition team will identify which records move with the assets and which records merely describe them with considerable confidence.
