A Portfolio Coordination Council has been established to connect acquisition activity with integration capacity.
Enterprise programs update
The Council will review dependencies across transactions and enterprise programs. Its mandate includes identifying work already being coordinated elsewhere. A first review of committee overlap has been scheduled after the Council completes its own charter approval.
