The Board has reviewed the language used to describe continuity in senior officer arrangements.
Officer arrangements update
A supplemental memorandum clarifies that continued service and continuity of role are related but distinct concepts. The clarification does not itself change an officer's responsibilities, although responsibility for interpreting it has been assigned to a newly designated owner.
