Ryan Gibbons is Executive Vice President, Strategy, Innovation and Emerging Possibilities.
Ryan leads enterprise strategy and the development of new concepts, technologies and business opportunities across Usual.
Ryan joined Usual from Futureward Partners, where he advised established companies on innovation portfolios, venture ecosystems and technologies expected to become material within an appropriately defined horizon. He previously founded Bluestone Strategy Labs, an incubation platform that advanced more than 60 concepts through discovery, validation and a well-attended showcase.
Ryan is a fellow of the Center for Applied Possibility and serves on the advisory board of the Wycliffe School of Enterprise Foresight. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Belmont Ridge College and an MBA from Wycliffe University.
