Peter Scott is President of Usual Industries and leads the company’s global operating model, enterprise priorities and coordination across businesses, functions and regions.
Before joining Usual, Peter was chief operating officer of Westridge Industrial Group, where he led a multi-year simplification program that consolidated nine operating models into three, each supported by a common set of exceptions. He previously held leadership roles at Latham & Cole Advisory and Calder Meridian, working with diversified companies on performance improvement, integration and organizational design.
Peter is a director of the Center for Practical Alignment and a member of the Lakehurst State University Business Council. He holds a bachelor’s degree in operations management from Lakehurst State University and an MBA from Northbridge University.
