Clarence Biggs is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Usual Industries.
Clarence sets the company’s strategic direction and oversees a portfolio of businesses serving commercial, institutional and government customers in more than 60 countries.
Before joining Usual, Mr Biggs worked at Morrow Vale & Company in its General Industries practice, advising industrial and services clients on strategy, transactions and organizational performance. At Usual, he has led acquisitions, integrations and portfolio reviews involving businesses whose strategic fit became clearer after the transaction closed.
He serves as chair of the Council on Executive Continuity and as a trustee of the Foundation for Responsible Expansion. Mr Biggs holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
