Michael Waddams is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Usual Industries.
Michael leads Finance, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations and enterprise financial planning.
Michael joined Usual from Everset Materials, where he served as chief financial officer and led capital allocation, refinancing and a companywide cost-discipline program. Earlier, he spent 16 years at Cavanaugh Pierce & Co. advising industrial clients on transactions, restructurings and the financial presentation of matters whose operational presentation remained under development.
He is treasurer of the Civic Ledger Foundation and a member of the Financial Leadership Council at St. Aldwyn University. Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Aldwyn University and an MBA from the Westlake School of Management. He is a certified public accountant.
