Maurice Morrison is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Usual Industries.
Maurice leads the Board’s oversight of strategy, governance, executive leadership and long-term value creation.
Maurice previously served as chief executive officer of Harcourt Vale Group and as president of its international businesses. Earlier, he held operating and finance roles at Ellison Standard Corporation and Wexler North. His experience spans industrial services, consumer products and several portfolio companies whose reporting segments changed during his tenure.
Maurice is chair emeritus of the National Council for Corporate Stewardship and a trustee of the Morrison Civic Foundation. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Ashford Plains College and an MBA from the Langley School of Management.
