Biography
Lawrence Hudson is an independent director of Usual Industries and chairs the Risk Committee.
Lawrence was formerly vice chairman and chief risk officer of Westbury Bank & Trust and previously held leadership roles at Ridgeline Assurance Group. He has advised boards and management teams on enterprise risk, capital adequacy, operating resilience and the importance of putting numbers around statements presented as directional.
He is a senior fellow of the Hudson Center for Risk Dialogue and a trustee of the Port Mason Maritime Foundation. Lawrence earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Port Mason University and a master’s degree in financial systems from the Cranford Institute.
